"This is a nice hotel and I would stay here again. Two complaints: first, my room was right on the pool so I had no privacy and the rowdy pool goers disturbed me. Second, I was not aware that there would be a $50 daily resort fee. Otherwise it was a good experience."

"The Hamilton Princess is a lovely property. It gets high points for location if you want to be near lots of restaurants and the ferry terminal. Access to the rest of the island is easy.
I appreciated the adult heated pool as there were lots of kids at the other pool. We were in one of the beautifully renovated rooms in the Bermudiana Wing. However, I guess I wasn't clear on the difference between a "Bay" view and "harbour" view. We were on the Bay, which is a small channel running beside the hotel rather than an expansive harbour view. It was still lovely and quiet on that side (the other side faces the pool)."

"Just returned from another wonderful stay at the Newstead. Our favourite hotel for ease of travelling around without hiring our own transport but using busses and ferries with the help of the hotel water shuttle which is a great service but shame it doesn't run all day. The shuttle service to the beach and Divots/Blu restaurants are very handy also. Staff are always very willing to take you.
The infinity pool is wonderful but can be taken over by families and children at times. A shower by the pool would be a real bonus. The grounds are very well maintained and the whole hotel inside and out very clean. We will definitely be back!"

"Not a 5* hotel but it was everything it advertised and thus gave it 5*. I was not disappointed. It’s an older hotel that’s been updated. I was happy with the room. Great ocean view and left balcony doors open for the breeze. Ate at the restaurant for lunch, good. Used the beach, lovely. Walked to nearby grocery store, handy. Used the Bermuda college gym beside the hotel (small and dated but had all the weight equipment I needed). There are bus stops in walking distance. Taxis in to town were quick and under $20. I would stay here again. "
