“We checked in and discovered molds on bed sheets. The staff changed us to another room, but the toilet fan in that room is broken. Amenities are stingily insufficient. No kettle in the room so we asked for one. The staff said they will send it to our room but they clearly forgot about that. They did sound nice but not being helpful at all. One of the worst hotels we stayed given the price. Not recommended.”

“Location is great… but updating is needed for the room and bathrooms… curtain was smelly… beddings and pillows can be replaced with a new stock.. after so many years of use.”

“You get exactly what they tell you, clean rooms with a mini fridge and sink. Good air conditioner units in the rooms. It was very convenient that they have blow dryers etc on hand for borrowing. The beds weren’t overly comfortable, but were fine for a few nights. No TV in the room but that’s not a big deal, there was a desk space to work at if needed. The twin room was quite small but enough space for two people to stay if you don’t mind being in close quarters! Bathroom and shared areas were……

“Amazing scene. But Hotel staff are not friendly. STAFF in the front desk and concierge are indifferent, erogate. We asked for details of the sunrise tour, the first thing she told us was the cacelation policy instead of what we expected to enjoy!! Coffee machine and even kettle are not working. no change arranged even requested. With the exceptionally expensive room rate, not money worthwhile. ”
