“The house was spacious and clean, the kitchen was large and fully equipped. The kingsized bed in the master bedroom was large and comfortable with a great morning and night view. The pool was as advertised: very nice temperature and large enough for a family. The TV worked well with many channels but we did not use it.Eunice, the local property manager, was quickly responsive to text and phone communications.We enjoyed our time at Villa Serenidad immensely.”

“Before everything I want to be clear that the property manager that lives on site-Adilia, is so nice and wonderful! With that being said, this property was equal parts fantastic & a nightmare. We stayed for 5 nights, & split it between 12 people. 3 of us checked in with the rest of our party coming in later at night. We were greeted by Adilia who showed us the whole property. “My husband and I booked this AMAZING place to celebrate our 15yr Wedding Anniversary! From day 1 our experience was Fantastic. Leticia greeted us and showed us around and was extremely helpful in arranging massages and a cooked dinner in the house the day of our Anniversary! The house was clean and beds comfortable! “Our stay at this lovely home in Atenas, CR was wonderful. We especially enjoyed sitting on the lanai enjoying the beautiful view, mountain breezes, birds and chorus of cicadas. The house was very comfortable for our party of two adult couples. We felt surrounded by nature but very convenient to the still authentically Costa Rican town of Atenas.
