“My family's (2 adults, 3 kids) and total group's (4 adults, 6 kids) was very positive at Serenade Punta Cana Beach & Spa Resort. The property was in great shape where it mattered to us, but it could use a little maintenance (i.e. entertainment room screen, some buildings needed a little love, missing tiles at the swim up bar). “I traveled with my two daughters and we spent 5 days at Moon Palace. It was awesome! Our rooms were gorgeous. The Spa was fabulous! I got a massage, facial, and pedi. The facilities and entire experience at the Spa were amazing. Soo much to do and the food was delicious!! The only thing I didn’t care for was the switch up with the “presentation.” They don’t do time shares but they do lure you into a presentation and your kids have to be there too, for hours. “This resort comes highly recommended. Everything about our time there was fantastic. The staff, every single person, was so friendly, hardworking, and helpful. Our butler was wonderful. The restaurants and coffee shop were so good. The grounds were clean and aesthetically pleasing. We love this place and we will be returning in the future.”

“This was our first all-inclusive experience and it was a great one. The resort had so much stuff to do and keep us occupied for full 3 days. Everything from the room with access to private pool, the infinity pool, beach and kids water park were clean and enjoyable. The staff was really great and always there to help us with anything we wanted. We did not explored any restaurants requiring reservations but the buffet options were good enough to keep us full for all the meals.”
