"Firts of all we came to the hotel at 10:00am. And the girl was able to provide us a room. Sadly i forgot her name, but we really apreciate this comodity. Desk people always helpful. "This hotel was great, period. It is located in one of the best location in Madrid, 5 min walk to the Palace. And walkable to the big market, and close to metro, train, etc. The room was spacious with large king size bed. The staff were amazing and spoke very good English. Very helpful and respectful. I would stay there next time as well. "
