"사진과 다르게 매우 오래된 옛날건물 야외보다 로비에서 담배냄새 너무 심하게 났음 처음 방문을 여는데 약간 무서울 정도로 오래된 st임ㅋㅋ 방에 창이 있었는데 창 청소가 안되어 밖이 하나도 안보임ㅠㅠ 수건이 2장뿐이라 4장 달라고 카운터에 말했더니 약간 덩치있고 사나운 여자직원이 사람이 몇명인데 4장 달라고 하냐길래 우린 2명이고 4박5일이다 했더니 그래도 왜 4장이나 필요하냐면서 어디로 연락하는척 하더니 결국 안줌 ㅠㅠ 가장 힘들었던건 방이 난방이 잘 안됨 !!!!!!! 4일 내내 밤에 추워서 깼음 결국 둘다 감기걸려옴 ㅠㅠ 위치는 좋은편이나 재방문 의사는 글쎄.."

" The staff are generally nice, but I had a very bad experience with the laundry service. I checked out today and shall talk to them again with the issues through third parties. I asked the laundry room to clean a small pack of my baby’s clothes. The staff recommended that I leave the clothes with them so they could take care of it. I confirmed this with them twice. However, they asked my wife to sign a blank form, and later they charged us 1,800 RMB (about $300) just for washing a small bag of baby clothes. This was a terrible experience. I asked in advance three times about the service, but no one told us how much it would cost. Instead, they had my wife sign a blank form and only showed us the bill afterward. I will speak with them to discuss and resolve this issue."
