“We where received as VIP. As we came early we got free lunch while waiting for the room. All inclusive. Wow, so cool. Drinks, snacks and food so good, so easy. Glass and serving machines everywhere. The staff was fantastic. This felt like the Hub for experiences. All trips with boat, car and bus come by this hotel. We joined a boat trip with jetski, para sailing and swimming with snorcle. “Excellent hotel, second time here. Fantastic facilities, view from the Pool is amazing! Food fantastic, room modern and clean, staff are great and work very hard! Room cleaned daily. Glass lift from hotel down to Puerto Rico harbour and amadores beach is fab! Really recommend this hotel.”

“I was disappointed with the air conditioning. It was insufficient cooling for the persistent heat and humidity. It was hard to get to sleep and I woke every day in soaking sweaty sheets. It was the only let down in an otherwise amazing holiday.”

“We are a youn couple and this has been a really nice stay. We got golden bracelets and everything we could think of was included in our stay. Everyone is really friendly. The food is great and very fresh. Snacks are crunchy and the drinks are good enough to enjoy. The rooms are really silent also. ”
