“The hotel was beautiful, the entertainment was mediocre, only timed things happening and sometimes that wasn't even scheduled correctly! The beach amenities can be stepped up! There were just a few beach chairs set out and were taken, the rest of them were chained up! The beach vendors were allocated right off the entrance to the beach from the pools. That could've been pushed back some, it was off putting and looked tacky! The biggest downfall to an all-inclusive option was the service. No……

The hotel general manager would walk around everyday treating all the guest he saw to make sure their stay was excellent and if he could answer questions you have. I would definitely return to this resort again in the future.”

We saw workers constantly cleaning pools and thermals, tending to the grounds, there was always someone around but no one ever bothered us to make us feel like we had to order something. “We’ve payed around 5000 dollars to enjoy 3 days and 2 nights, considering that we were star class, the check-in process was fine, they explained us our benefits, etc… During this period of time, the food was awful. “Stayed with my wife and son. The pool areas are nice and clean, the rooms are clean,but in need of updating. The staff was nice, Grevin was a great bartender, and Javier was a great tour advisor. That’s about where the good things end. The food was very limited, and consistently ran out of items on the menu, not to mention that the menu was basically the same every day. They advertise the have restaurants which is true however they are not operational and act like they have no space while the truth is it’s not real I went and checked for myself. “The JW Marriott was the perfect weekend getaway. The staff were friendly, and very attentive to your needs. I opted out of the All inclusive package, but guests confirmed that several on site restaurants were up to standard and near worth it. The sandbar was convenient, and offered the opportunity to watch the World Cup. The property overall was spacious, and grounds were well kept.
