“Beautiful hotel. Obviously being refurbished as the room was spacious and very well kitted out. Comfortable bed. Very clean all round. The only thing was, staff were very nice but lacked experience. Bar staff were under pressure during peak hours 7pm onwards. I don't think they had enough bar staff but plenty of inexperienced floor staff. Their inexperience was not the staffs fault as their personality was fab. The hotel, in my view could do with putting their staff through some training and it...

“My family and I recently stayed at this amazing home. We are a multi generational group, ranging in age from 5 to 75. “This hotel had no air conditioning on days when the temperatures went above 23*C. A small fan was provided which was not enough to cool the room. It was uncomfortable to sleep at nights. The location is great and breakfast was excellent.
I would stay here again however the hotel should consider adding A/C for the hot summer days”
