“The hotel is conveniently located next to the Bunratty Castle with free parking. We stayed at a triple room and there are 3 chairs and a table which enable us to have good time playing cards and games. There are coffee machine and electric kettle in the room with ample coffee capsules and tea bags. Staff are helpful and gave clear instruction. There are also the gym and indoor pool which are open 6am-10pm. The Steakhouse at the ground floor is a good choice if you do not want to go out. There……

Deceptively well maintained front entrance and lobby (presumably bc they somehow continue to receive business as a wedding/party venue), but the majority of the hotel is a different story. Extremely dated, poorly maintained rooms with stained rugs, inoperable phones that appear to be serving as ancient relics, unsightly furniture that looks like it’s falling apart, the list goes on and on. To add to these issues that could be easily addressed at relatively little cost, much……
