“A must go midway place if you travel from Londonderry to Dublin (or vice versa). Reasonable price & good food in the bar & restaurant. If you drive there, your car can be parked next to your room, extremely convenient. ”

“Staff all friendly and helpful but, minor things here and there that are quite annoying given the price of the rooms. The hotel has a significant captive market in Dunboyne so could be making a bit more effort. The ground and appearance from the outside give impression you’ve come to somewhere a cut above the rest. Shower screen edgings very old and scruffy. Average breakfast (again for the price - would have expected better). Not even a packet of biscuits in the rooms, just tea and coffee……

“Overall, it is a nice hotel but we had some challenges with the amenities. It offered A/C which was a rare treat, but it only worked in one of the two rooms. We were excited to see ice machines, but couldn’t find one that worked. The tvs only got 7 channels and we had to call the office to get the room next to us to quiet down after being repeatedly woken up. The food and and drink at the restaurant were good and the place was clean and people friendly, but we were disappointed.”

“it was great, whatever the staff , faculties or others services . But the location was far from city center . It was good for relaxing. I would like to like here again .”

“Nice hotel, very friendly staff. Food was great. We had booked a family room for me, my partner and 2 kids but found the room a bit small. Rooms were clean but the only issue we had was that our sheets weren't changed, usually this wouldn't have bothered me as we only stayed 2 nights but due to heavy duvets my partner had been sweating the night before and had to get into a damp bed on the second night”
