“The Radison Blu was a very upscale hotel sitting right on the River Shannon in Atlone. A short walk across bridge to Castle & old town. The room was quiet, clean & well appointed . We appreciated them being able to allow us early check in. The Double overlooking the River was quite large & the bathroom very updated. “I wanted ground floor unit due to 2 people having mobility issues. sent property a request for this with no reply. arrived to be told on 2nd level with stairs as the only access. asked if we could change to ground level & told no sorry. This made our stay difficult for the ones navigating the stairs with their mobility issues ”
