"After booking, 3 weeks prior to our visit, we noticed that we booked for the wrong date (actual visit would be a day later). Within 45 minutes after booking we contacted Expedia, who in turn contacted the hotel to change the date, but Mantasaly would not except our change for a day later, eventhough there were rooms available. "A Gem! Great, clean facilities; good amenities. Helpful staff coordinated airport transfers, an excursion to Lokobe, and scuba for us. Breakfast and dinner buffets were good quality and selection. Overall, we loved it! Note for excursions, it is a separate company embedded in the hotel so that is paid separate from your hotel folio. "
