Bedrooms had everything from hairdryer to coffee machine to iron and board. The main lifts were an issue as one was out of service and the lift would bypass the floors and we were left waiting a while with no clear directions to alternative lift/stairs "

"Staff were excellent and friendly. One of the best locations in Edinburgh. Only issue was check in is later than most hotels (at 4pm) & check out is earlier (at 11am) - this wasn’t highlighted to us before booking. "
