"Room was lovely. Good space and very clean. Staff were very friendly & warm, couldn't fault them. Issue with a one off unauthorised payment that was taken after arrival of £8 which was a little frustrating but theyve promised to reimburse. Bed was very hard & humming of the heating sysyem kept me awake most of the night, constantly getting up to switch things off to search for the issue. Breakfast was nice & I liked the choice of picking from a seperate menu if you want. Coffee machine was lukewarm & for a hugh coffee lover to start the day that was mark down for me. Would recommend paying for breakfast beforehand or on-line for discount rather than paying full cost which, I paid £10 on line, but certainly wouldnt of paid full price for what there was.
