“Booking request was not honoured. I booked oceanfront, ground floor with two queen beds and they gave me what they felt like based on their assumptions. They promised to change the king bed to two queens but never did. Calls to reception/front desk/concierge were mostly unanswered. The minibar was unstocked at check-in, raising questions about the room preparation, and we never received the coffee-maker as promised. The room was very basic and dated - there were rust stains on the lampshades.……

“I had a wonderful stay at Mount Cinnamon and would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Grenada. I stayed in the Cinnamon Suite, and waking up each morning to the breathtaking views over Grand Anse Beach was one of the highlights of my trip. The scenery is truly spectacular and made every sunrise and sunset feel special. The suite itself was spacious, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. Everything was well maintained, and the staff were always warm, welcoming, and there to help……

“The property over all was great. The staff was friendly helpful and went out of the way to accommodate the guests. Was there for my Bday and the staff acknowledged it with a simple surprise. The thought counted. There some renovations going at the property but those renovations did not interfere with amenities.”

“Although the rooms need to be upgraded, they were spacious and clean. Rooms are equipped with a refrigerator but no microwave. No local tv as well. Beach views are breathing and the property sits directly on one of the best beaches in the island. The location is quiet and peaceful. Breakfast is served on the property restaurant. Reasonable prices and varied with local options. Restaurant and bar service was a little slow and server attitude could be improved for some, not all. Overall a great……

“We stayed in Cabana #1. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable and the A/C ran great. The room was cleaned every other day and the sheets and towels were changed on the 4th day. The restaurant was good but the service was very slow. The setting was very nice (the hotel is part of a marina). There is a pool, but it was being resurfaced when we were there. We would stay there again.”
