“Very clean and beautiful property. Our concierge Aaliyah made our stay and was amazing. We were celebrating birthdays and they made the day feel so special and helped to make special arrangements in the room. The only drawbacks was the food. There wasn’t much variety and it wasn’t terribly good for dinner. Breakfast was great. The other issue was service on the beach which was nonexistent. We expected to have some service on the beach but we only saw someone once and got a drink. Also the bars……

“It has been a pleasure to see how much this resort has grown over the past 12 years! I first stayed here with my husband for our honeymoon. We came back 3 years later. In 2023 we came back again for my 40th birthday and brought friends with us! I just got home from a 4th stay with my mom and sister for a girls vacation. I love True Blue Bay resort so much! The rooms are spacious and we were able to fit 3 adult humans in the Cocoa Pod rooms comfortably, especially with 2 bathrooms! The pools are……

“The property itself is very nice, however the experience at the front desk checking in was not that good. The last thing one wants to do is to try to remember 20 plus things someone is saying to you about the amenities etc. after you have traveled for over 10 hours and is tired and beat! I think a print out of those things would be extremely helpful to give to guests instead of someone saying it while one is trying to fill out forms. The gentleman at the front was not welcoming at all. The other……
