"This property is not a 3 star hotel. It is a 4 star hotel. It is an hidden gem. Staff are very approachable, welcoming and helpful. Food and service is fantastic. Amenities including the lift worked well in the time I spent there. Pool is fantastic and the Jacuzzi is one of the largest I have seen and believe me I have been around the world. Hotel is quite central with 8 minutes walk to the St Ouen station. Restaurant, shop and food options is excellent. Only the Gym equipment needs to be serviced and more. This a very safe and luxurious Hotel and I will go back again. "

"The hotel deserves more than 3 stars, as the room was spacious compared to many hotel rooms in Paris. The bed was comfortable, there is a dedicated play area for children in front of the hotel, and next to the hotel there is a supermarket and several restaurants. The neighborhood is upscale, beautiful, and quiet"

"Convenient location to metro and stadium. Excellent, welcoming staff. Room was small but very clean and comfortable, including the beds - great for a couple of nights or those who don’t hang out in their rooms much. iPad conveniently controlled everything in the room - blinds, lights, TV. Nice breakfast. Wonderful, spacious and inviting common space on the 1st floor. My only wishes were: 1) the room to include music options, 2) the AC to work better. We had it set to high and the coldest temperature which should’ve been 64.5 degrees F; the actual temperature was closer to 70-72. Other than the AC, the stay was great and I’d stay again. "

"This location is perfect for families and lone travelers. Westfield mall is a quick walk away and the metro is right out side the hotel. The rooms are wonderful and spacious with views of the Eiffel Tower. I will definitely stay here again."
