“Estadía maravillosa. El hotel es muy tranquilo con ambiente relajado. El desayuno, muy completo y rico. Habitación espaciosa y cama cómoda. Todo muy limpio. Las vistas desde la azotea son geniales, y la piscina para darte un chapuzón al atardecer es una gozada. Todo el personal es maravilloso, empezando desde el chico que hizo el check-in hasta el joven de la azotea, cuyo nombre no recuerdo pero fue muy simpático. La chica en el check out, Anushree, fue muy amable también. Así como el conserje……

“The Serai is in a coffee plantation; it is an oasis of calm in the centre of civilisation. We woke up to the chirping of birds and slept under a canopy of stars, both of which are impossible in the city.”

“Room cleanliness could be improved. Booked a double room with king-size bed, but comes a twin room. Hotel sent a person to combine beds, but there is a fix decoration in between, so it is awkward.”
