"New but rundown already. Curtains don’t shut off the windows. No coffee or tea for breakfast. Still building activity going on but rooms and resort look tired already. No maintenance being done. Try to avoid this resort!"

"Relaxing place with nice pool. It is far from Lampang but can get a taxi in. There was some construction in the low season (July) and walkways could do with an upgrade but overall a nice place to relax. Other than the pool not too much to do at the resort other than relax. Interesting wildlife, turkey like birds, roamed the peaceful grounds."

"As the website suggested there was a welcome drink I had anticipated an immediate degree of guest care. However after an irritable scrutiny of my visa and us paying a deposit for the key we went to our room. When I asked for an extra pillow there was a charge! The room was clean and comfortable but the hotel is on a busy main road with nothing pleasant in the surroundings. Attention to guests well being does not seem to be a consideration."

"I really liked this place. It was like a resort. Beautifully landscaped and trees and orchids. It was so serene. The staff were friendly but spoke little english. Prepare your translate. The room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. Unfortunately they only give round bar soap. No shampoo or tooth kit. The location is fine. It is away from town but not too far. Much better than any othet hotel in Lampang. The breakfast was no good. Overall i liked this "resort"."
