“Waiting staff and food very good for our 1st dinner BUT we had to wait an hour in between our starter and main course - we were granted a 20% discount but decided we couldn’t risk another meal here during our 4 nights in the hotel. Our room 222, suffered from an eternal mechanical hum nearly all night which kept us awake.”

“Check in lento difícil parking”

“Toooooo hot in the room. No A/C available; only an old fan moving the hot air. Difficult to breathe. Very very little room, without table and chair to work (in my case) or to seat in a place different to the bed. I ask in reception to change my room; nothing else available. They took me a table and 1 chair, so I couldn't move in the room. Weak wi-fi line ”

Getting between the rooms you have to be very...

“Only minor issue was the sound of the bar, but that went just after 11pm and wasn't too bad. Everything else was good, enjoyed breakfast and the location was ideal”

“Excellent, as always. Spacious, comfortable room with character. Lovely bistro and wonderful breakfast room.”

“Rooms are very tired, dated and not standardised, carpets very dirty in rooms. Television reception was so poor that made viewing anything not possible. Wifi worked, not all televisions were smart in that couldn't view streaming services. Some rooms still have single glazing, meaning cold and very noisy. The kitchen was okay but missing many things like bowls, poorly equipped. Entrance was unlit, making later arrival difficult as unable to see entrance and unable to enter code. Cleaning...

“Hola, he estado en este hotel unos días para visitar a un familiar: El desayuno es muy bueno, la habitación está limpia y el trato es muy correcto. Queda un poco alejado del centro de Lincoln, pero se puede ir dando un paseo muy agradable.”

“Buen hotel con buen restaurante. Caro como todos en Inglaterra, pero muy correcto. Alejado del centro de la ciudad es necesario coche.”
