“Poor service of Sona and pool”

“I had tried to cancel this hotel booking 3 weeks ago through hotel.com ! Unfortunately, according to hotels.com CS, the hotel Had no response at all to our request for fully refund due to the Coronavirus case , therefore we couldn’t fly and had to cancel our flight !! Until now , we still waiting for the hotel to response to our refund , even now the date for staying had Already passed and we still had no response from this hotel ! Although I haven’t stay in this hotel but this kind of services……

“It was a beautiful all-inclusive! We loved our experience. Only downfalls are pools are busy, bartenders are sometimes lazy, and the all-inclusive doesn't include EVERYTHING. There are quite a few restrictions. ”

“the hotel is real near to beach, the view is good, the food is good, but (1) parking space is not yet ready! (2) the room quality is very normal! ”

“newly renovated...clean n tidy...location is good but if u r driving....its almost impossible to find a parking space nearby in the evening. room is spacious but there r no refrigerator...no electric kettle...no table..no chair ....shower area no curtains if this room is for elderly or handicapped they should make a remark in the website.”

“Pros: * Good breakfast, you can even sit outside to enjoy the view. * Great to have free access to the spa/gym in Corinthia hotel. * Good Wifi. * With a balcony overlooking the bay is nice, it's cosy to sit at the balcony in a sunny day in winter. * Check-in process is pleasant. You can even see the welcome message with your name displayed on the TV in your room, pretty cool. * The first room we got is spacious (as it's on the edge). Cons: * Found out the A/C heating function is not……

“The staff were exceptional throughout our stay; delivered a bottle of Prosecco and small bite-sized cakes to the room after noticing it was my partners birthday from her passport during check-in, then gave us a complimentary drinks voucher for not being able to check us in (we were early and they managed to get us in at the time we should have been in, but felt bad for saying it might be earlier). Both unprompted and thoughtful gestures.”
