“When breakfast items (yogurt) run out at 8:30, even though breakfast is supposed to go until 10, they do not replenish, even though we asked. There is no plain yogurt, just sugared. No honey, just flavored sugar called “jelly “. It’s good they provide eggs, but all else is processed; few healthy breakfast items. I requested a top floor room and was not given it. The next day a family member checked in and, though not requesting top floor, got it. Staff could have changed their reservation and……

“Staff were good and friendly. Wifi sucked. Had a room on 1st floor and found ants everyday no matter how clean I kept the room.(I know 2nd floor + helps for ants but still). I even cleaned the tables with soap to help but they were relentless. Walls are very thin, I could hear everything going on in the hall to any room around me. On the upside, fridge was larger than most hotel fridges. AC worked well.”
