"Hotel updated and great staff. The potholes in the parking were horrible. Garbage strewn all over parking lot and around the outside of the building. Sam was a friendly and safe driver that took me to the airport. Thanks Sam."

"We traveled as a family during the week. The facility was quiet, clean and the pool was warm! The staff was accommodating and friendly. Across the parking lot is a delicious Pizza Luce! so no need to get in the car and go anywhere for dinner. The room was spacious and provided enough space for our family. "

"Clean hotel and casino but I’ve never met so many rude employees in my life. First, my husband bought a coffee from Caribou and they made other peoples drink but completely forgot about him. They said that he didn’t buy anything when he had a receipt. Next, the waitress at the restaurant we went to was very short and rude to my whole family. We didn’t matter to her and that was apparent. We asked another waitress for the necessities like napkins and silverware and without asking if we needed anything else, she walked away very quickly and didn’t stop back. Lastly, at the front desk, when we were trying to check out, my husband was standing in line at the counter and a man behind the desk rudely shouted “leave your hotel key on the desk and have a nice day”. Not to mention, comic bingo was fun but the music was too loud and the man spoke too quiet and too fast. Mind you, this was my birthday weekend and we had a good time but I don’t think we will be going back. "
