“The room is little stuffy and hot in summer. I stayed in a family room. There were 2 electric fans but one of them was broken. Reception and staff were friendly.”

“Very old hotel need a better maintenance.”

“Nice all round”

“No wifi as stated and this is a hostel not really a hotel, but as a solo traveler it worked for me. I stayed for 2 nights but really only slept there. The bus stop 15 minute walk away gets you anywhere for £2.00 and I love the area. I would stay again but only if they had wifi.”

“no fuss booking, check-in and stay.”

“整體同事態度友善, 講解清晰.”

“It is a very good and clean castle hotel. The breakfast is excellent”

“We booked this stay as we planned to do some touring in the highlands. We are so grateful we did. Nairn is a wonderful small town with great people, without the bustle of Inverness. Our hosts were incredible and the property was truly 5 stars! The à la carte breakfast in the morning was a surprise and was delicious. An awesome start to the day! Room was massive and well appointed. Plenty of parking and close to several points of interest. Would absolutely return to see more of what Nairn has to……

“I stayed for two consecutive nights and was grateful that the room was serviced again. However, I would have appreciated it more if my pajamas hadn’t been placed on the floor in a corner by housekeeping. 😓”

“The whiskey bar is amazing.”

“Beautiful, clean suite in a great location.”

“very nice hotel！”

“Room nothing like the photos. Broken sky light with no blind. Wall paper peeling off. Filthy carpets, stained and very very unpleasant. Checked out after being there for 1/2 hour and just got " sorry". I have stayed in some unpleasant places but this was frankly disgusting . Waste of money, no refund offered”

“Beautiful view. Perfect location for beach walks”
