"An older but elegant property in central Manado. Room (deluxe) was large. Breakfast buffet very good with many options. Pool very scenic, but could use more seating. Hotel was convenient to Megamall and other shopping. Decor was attractive, and maintenance issues were minor."

"One of the key points which every hotel has is to provide two bottles of water per day when stayin at hotel.
Aston Manado hotel dis not provide any water at all not in bottle and not in the corridor water supply which was all the time empty.
I made compalint three times to reception and to waitress at restaurant and written, but with no notice.
This gave me the impression that the hotel did not care at all of my staying.

Dislikes: the staff, the service, the room was so poorly lay out the bed so close to the wall where the TV set up hence there is no room to move which ended up with my husband got hurt and bruised for days. The staff was no help either and the breakfast was so basic and they even charged for a cup of hot water. "We booked a room for 4 adults and were shown to a room with 2 single beds.
We had to show booking confirmation email (using hot spot from staff member’s phone as the free wifi was non-existent) before we were then offered an uncleaned room with a double and single bed, as well as a single sofa bed. Host was very reluctant to give us extra linen for the sofa bed.
