“Major issues with the hotel room doors. Very difficult to actually open with your room key and no explanation was given by the staff upon check in. Other guests had the same issues with opening their door as we did. Doors also fail to properly latch sometimes when you close the door meaning no key is needed to open the door. Finally the interior door deadbolt is non functioning. Additionally the shower was very small with extremely poor water pressure. The bed was supposed to be queen sized……

“The room was clean, appreciated the closet space, there was comfortable beds (double bed room), and the room had plenty of space with a mini fridge that worked very well. Every staff encountered was overall friendly and pleasant. Breakfast was tasteful and organized. I did not need to use parking, however, saw there was plenty of parking spaces during my stay.”
