“The property was clean and the staff was friendly. The beds were comfortable but the pillows on the bed were awful. They need to get some new pillows.”

“We thought the hot tub would be nice after moving, but it didnt work, the clerk was too busy even after telling her several times. There were spiders in the bathtub and holes in the door, which we notified the clerk. The ice machine didnt work, the TV kept turning off, the phone had a constant busy signal & never worked. We should get reimbursed for atleast part of our stay. Two good things though, the bed was very comfy and the breakfast was awesome!!!”

“Pretty dated and not cleaned well hot tub broken jets are taken out was not very hot nor clean. Room is dated and not dusted and carpet smells I tried to cancel after seeing room but was too late. Also the handicap rooms was really small the only thing that made it handicap was the bars in the standard size bathtub. And the door doesn’t seal shut could see outside.”

Even no decaf coffee after checking with front desk; as customer, trying our best to understand, but seems Covid became such an convenience to hotels and lots of inconvenience to us! I request a partial refund for expensive these two rooms which will be very reasonable ”

“Booked a room online, walked in and the walls had mold, balcony door was covered in mold and didn’t even close. when we told the front desk person, their response was “our housekeeper has been sick”. which i get, but at the same time, the housekeeper has nothing to do with the fact that the room was covered in mold. will never book here again. and the indoor pool was NASTY. didn’t even stay because it was so gross”
