“The staff at the this hotel is really friendly and welcoming. The check-in was very smooth and easy. The room was ready when I arrived. The room is very spacious and clean. Comfortable mattress and clean sheets. Bathroom was also very clean, enough towels and toiletries. Overall very good experience.”

“There was no wifi available (as promised). Air-conditioning also stopped working on the night we stayed there. They couldn't fix it before I checked out. On top of that, the Power (electricity) got down too on entire floor for few hours and they didn't have any alternative to . All in all, the amenities wise, the stay was terrible.”

“Though found it difficult to locate hotel for lack of name display due to renovation work going on for 31st and Magh mela. The manager and staff was cooperative n helpful. Hospitality at its best. Excellent quality tasty food made to order. Beautiful n scenic view. Seen peacocks in the resort. I would definitely like to stay there again.”

“Apart from the price which in any case was unrealistically high during Kumbh Mela for all hotels in Prayagraj, zone connect at the Park is excellent. Special mention to front desk staff who are very helpful and friendly. Vijay Nehra gets a special mention for his helpful nature. Civil lines , shopping and markets are close y but doesn’t cause any disruption as the hotel is tucked away in a smaller street close to Civil Lines. Good hotel to stay”
