"The property is not maintained and is in the centre of a building site. You should not have it as a hotel on your site until the building work is complete. The rooms were dirty, we had hot water and TV failures. The decking around the pool is dangerous. The hotel will be knocked down or renovated and renamed at some stage. You should not be offering this property to your clients at this stage."

"The resort is located in a nice and quiet part of the town with a nice stretch of beach. We got a free upgrade to a very nice room. We had a great dinner at the restaurant. Very friendly staff all around providing excellent service whenever needed. The breakfast has a great selection of Khmer as well as western food. The beach is combed to remove washed up rubbish. The property is slightly dated but I highly recommend this place."

"Loved every minute of staying here. The couple that own it are lovely people and the staff are brilliant. It has a family atmosphere and nothing is too much trouble for anyone there. It is right by the beach and river. Has a small swimming pool too. I will definitely stay again"

"Sok Sabay is a beautiful oasis but outside the confines is garbage and skeletons of buildings that were started then abandoned before finished. The restaurant in the resort was a real surprise with Khmer and French influences. Staff can’t do enough for you. "The pool and the grounds of the hotel are nice but that’s about it. The rooms are very outdated and the inside feels more like a cheap motel. The staff are not helpful and very difficult to communicate with. The location is basically in the middle of a construction site. You can definitely find a better place for the money. "

"Nice enough hotel located in the worlds biggest building site, highlight of my stay here was just trying to get in the place my two options were wading through muddy water or climbing over mountain's of rubble and rotting garbage, nice pool friendly no open bar or restaurant though.
