it is the worst five star hotel I have ever stayed .”

“best location in the beach, but need renovation”

“Muy duro”

“1. Room had a bad smell. 2. There were still dust and white debris on the floor when I checked in. 3. Couldn't make a reservation for the massage as advertised.”

“Staff are good, location great. Elevators not always working, key cards need updating everyday. Room was not so clean, under bead had not been cleaned for a long time. Other people socks and piece of fruit. Small bugs in shower, windows look out to a wall and airconditioners. Breakfast is really good.”

“Bad service, book 3 days, after one day need I register again, and the servicer couldn’t understand my word. Bad bad bad hotel, never go again”

“Disappointing experience. The hotel is old and looks different from the photos online. The lobby is small, and there is hardly any seating while waiting for the airport transfer. The staff were unhelpful, cant even heat up the outside delivery food using microwave. The rooftop pool is also very small.”
