“Todo excelente”

“We loved the location but the rooms are not kept up. First night we saw a roach, gratefully they moved us to another area and we got woken up by the people upstairs making naughty noises lol the staff was not helpful would not try to compensate anything. On the bright side the gym was nice buffet was delicious and parking and place felt super safe.”

“We had an amazing stay! The hotel was beautiful, clean, and well maintained. The staff was incredibly welcoming and always willing to help with anything we needed. Our room was comfortable, spotless, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay vacation such a wonderful experience!”

“Staff was excellent and responsive when needed. Room was not as clean as I would’ve wanted. Sheets and bath towels were dirty. A little gross. No bath gel in shower but thankfully we had our own. Conveniently located in Tlaquepaque downtown area. 2 small blocks from the main attractions.”

“I loved staying here! The staff was kind and helpful. It's a really close walk to the center plaza of Tlaquepaque. The room was clean and beautifully decorated in a way that embodied the culture and really made you feel immersed. When you get there, make sure you ring the door bell and someone will open the door. I was confused when I first got there because the door was closed and locked, so just FYI. Another thing that I didn't mind but something to be aware of, the Wi-Fi there isn't great so……
