“Although hotel is 5 star it is very outdated. When checking in and during our constant stay at the hotel the rooms were damp and the bedsheets felt damp too. Even after complaining and asking for a refund they did not due this for me even though it was affecting triggering asthma. They changed my room but the dampness was still there in all rooms. Good thing about hotel was the view if you book the haram view.”
