"雖然是自助 check in,但還是有服務人員在旁協助；有飲料吧免費取用，冷冷的天來杯熱咖啡很溫暖；缺點是枕頭太扁，但是睡覺時已經很晚了，不好意思打擾服務人員再送枕頭來；第二天的自助早餐+果汁很讚，雖然是一般的早餐，但也足夠飽足。"

"Very nice hotel just near Aken lake! beautiful view and decorations within hotel. Clean and tidy with large room; Buffet dinner and breakfast with very good Japanese, Asian and Western foods. 2 Very good Onsen at the 1/F and roof top with gorgeous view. Staffs are helpful."
