“Overall a lovely inviting place as you approach and the lighting etc. Pleasant staff. Havent used the facilities, spa etc. Lovely spacious rooms. Nice to have kettle, tea, coffee etc plus hairdryer, iron etc in the rooms we have been in. This is our 4th overnight visit.”

“Room was a lovely size and well decorated. Room was relatively clean, with the exception of a few dead bugs in the windows. Room service was slightly disappointing with some items not arriving, and no answer on the phone after to sort it. 10 calls and a voicemail. Breakfast was also disappointing, the cost of £18 per person was very steep especially with very little selection on offer. The highlight to all this that made it a bit better, was Liz who worked at the breakfast station who was very……

“Hotel was nice, we really enjoyed the pool and the rooms. We did find that the what in the shower kept going hot and cold but not the end of the world. However something in the room made my partner have an allergic reaction so I'd you have allergies it might be worth bringing up in case it's a pet friendly room”

“Absolutely adored our stay here! Me, my mother, my niece and nephew had such a blast and the staff were super helpful AND friendly! If I ever come to Telford again, I will book for a longer stay ^_^”
