“we were put in a top floor room in the school masters house which unfortunately was closest to the main room which could noisy at times. Breakfast was good altho there seem better options on Saturday than Friday eg Fresh fruit/fruit salad. Staff in the Breakfast Room were attentive and worked were hard ”

“Located in centre of town there was a lot of noise from people going to and from pubs/clubs, also a lot of boy racers in there cars driving around and around constantly past our room window, we did stay on a Saturday night so probably busier than other nights, but had to have window open due to being hot and no air conditioning, and even with window closed still quite noisy. Made it difficult to sleep till about 2am when people started going home, obviously this is out of the hotel’s control and……

“Lovely location with beautiful views. We had asked if we could have a room with a view, but on arrival we were given ground floor which was quite dark inside and overlooking the rooms accross from ours, we were moved to an upper floor again overlooking the next accommodation block and a little brighter, if you book try and get one with a view. The bed was comfortable but the bathroom shower cubicle leaked water and the shower head kept dropping so had to keep adjusting it really needs a new……

“Just back from a 3 night stay. Everything was 5* staff food beer garden and sun terrace perfect for a few beers in the sun. Room was big and spacious.Will definitely stay here again it was in walking distance to every thing.And the staff are amazing”

“The room was clean but the bed was hard and you needed binoculars to see the TV. We stayed in Kent hall and it seemed like an old office block that has been turned into bedrooms. Breakfast wasn't that great sausages and bacon were overcooked and dry. The parking was not that great either.”
