“Hotel overall was very good. Not perfect (it’s not the Ritz Carlton), some blemishes here and there. We were in the Marina Building. Perfect location to beach and pool. My only real complaint would be the staff is incredibly unfriendly. Almost everyone. Every house keeper we walked by seemed miserable, and maybe it’s because they were. We never found that in Cancun, Aruba or Grand Cayman. And it was almost every single employee. I always smiled and said a simple “hello”. Most employees……

“Villas were too far away to be comfortably walkable to common areas. Transport via golf cart should have been provided.”

“Food was great! A majority of the staff was great! Tried the rooms with Bali beds out front and that was a waste of money. No view and filled with ants. Get a higher room with an ocean view. The beach was useless as it is steep and ground seashells for sand. That said, you cannot beat the view of Simpson Bay. Great island and will be back when they rebuild. I would just stay at a sister property near the airport next time.”

“Excellent hotel , very clean and friendly staff. Rooms very spacious. Amazing beach . Only complaint is the noise level at night as our room was right accross the night club and noise went on every day till 3am .”
