“Property was understaffed, poor ”

“Had a great stay/experience at the Belair Beach Hotel. Rooms were big and kitchen was stocked with plates and silverware. Balcony view was AMAZING! Chairs and table were included on the balcony. Air conditioning was excellent as was shower water pressure and temps. Beach was one of the best on the island. Clean, free of sargassum, and very private. Early mornings and late afternoons = total private beach. Waves were mild. Pool is small and only one restaurant on premise...convenient store was……

“This was one of the most disappointing resort experiences I’ve ever had. The room was fine and the location is beautiful, but the service completely ruined our stay. The resort is clearly and consistently understaffed. At many points, there is only one bartender working — not just occasionally, but regularly — and that same person is often also responsible for running food orders. This means they are constantly leaving long lines of guests waiting just to grab food elsewhere. Calling this……
