The shower gel/shampoo dispenser in the shower was just about empty, we had to ask for a replacement (this has happened before when we’ve stayed, perhaps a spare could be left in the room?)"

"First room we were assigned was small and the wifi was not working. We told the hotel staff and they changes us to another room where the wifi was working well (and the room was bigger). The hotel is not luxurious in any way but good value for money and perfect for family. The location (just beside Central station) is practical. We rented bikes for a few hours and loved our experience. The breakfast was exceptionnal… so many choices (hot, cold, gluten free, allergens free, smoothies, ginger...
