“We stayed here for the waterpark. The kids really enjoyed the waterslide and pirate ship area. The pool area was nice. The room needed some serious TLC .. there was paint chipping and screw holes in the walls they never covered up. The bathroom was disgusting. All the caulk around the shower was black. The room was so dark. We had every light on and still couldn’t see. The layout of the room was nice and spacious, it has potential if they’d put a little work into cleaning it up.”

“Unplug and reset!! We stayed in the stargazer tent and it as very cool! The location/view was fantastic. The tents were so clean and well kept. The whole site was quiet during sleeping hours which we really appreciated. The staff was very nice and check-in/out was a breeze. Anything we needed the staff was able to provide quickly and even did so without asking for things we didn't notice. Food from the restaurant was nice, cleaner eating and very welcomed after eating on the road/fast food prior……

“The hotel was dirty. There were clumps of hair in the pool. The room was dusty, the walls dirty and the sink was clogged. We won't use this hotel brand again.”

“It was a very nice property, will stay again. Only thing I would change is the pillows, they could be a little firmer and I didn’t travel with my steamer, I had to ask the front desk for an iron. I like when irons are already in the room. The parking was very limited in the self parking area. Overall hotel is well maintained and in a great location”
