“I am disappointed with my recent Expedia booking experience and the way this situation was handled. Prior to my arrival, I was notified that my reservation would be moved to accommodate my delayed baggage. I was specifically assured by an Expedia customer service representative that the necessary arrangements had been made and that the issue would be resolved when I arrived at Hotel Riu Palace Swahili.
