"We love our stay at this villa , it’s very well equipped and set in a beautiful location surrounded by rainforest, the pool was perfect and the beaches around here are so unspoilt Jango was on hand with all enquiries and to help us with anything. Lots of wildlife around the villa , car is absolutely necessary as it is a bit remote. The village of Castara is nice and you can buy fresh fish from the fishermen around 4 pm by the beach. We will be returning."

"The owners and staff were warm, welcoming and always willing to help. Very nice people. Loved that they had recycle bins throughout the property and separate bins in the villas for organics and other materials. The property and trails were beautiful, the flowers, plants, fish pond and ducks were nice to see. There were lots of birds to see and hear. Overall a great place and cant wait to go back."

"No hot water and the cockerels in the morning. Apart from that it’s a wonderful plase to stay."

"The apartment was overall clean. It's located on a hill in a village so you definitely need a vehicle to move around..The yard and surroundings needs some work, looks kinda rundown, The new pool is very small and located in an usual spot where I doubt anyone will actually use it...The beds needs some blankets ,those paper thin sheets just won't work because you need the AC, even if its on very low....I asked the owner for a late checkout of maybe an hour but he refused. I was dissappointed...

"I would not want to stay anywhere else in Tobago. The town of Castara is very small. Considering many of the other towns of Tobago are much larger, this is a town that you quickly learn everyone's name and they learn yours. The first thing about the Boatview Apartments they are perfect size for couples. A small kitchen, bed, and restroom. You don't need much else. "Our host was awesome. So kind and helpful. He got us fresh fish to cook and arranged transportation when our rental car fell through.He was always there for whatever we needed. We will definitely come back. The location is perfect.Close to everything."

"The borders were close due to Covid 19 the air line refunded my nonrefundable flight HOWEVER this hotel did not want to offer me a credit for a later stay WHEN PEOPLE WERE FREE TO ENTER THE COUNTRY. Although I was not asking for my money back. I think this was very dishonest. I will never recommend this place to anyone. however I will be in Trinidad as soon as I can.. DO not stay here I only booked because during the Carnival you don't really stay inside just change and go. "
