“Trying to be something it clearly is not. Be a Disney hotel, or be a spa hotel, but difficult to pull off both, and clearly they haven’t. Rooms are brutalist (if you like that modern twist) the pool is full of kids, always, even late at night. Food has very limited options, we had to go out, and all we asked was for a vegetarian choice (it wasn’t available) very disappointing overall”

“Really good facility for kids but staff wasn’t friendly or helpful. Room is really dark & hot (during the summer as no ac) no water given in the room and no water/ice area . Arcades games are really expensive. Food was poor . If they had better staff , food and ac in the room I think it would have been a 5 star hotel .”

“Actually this is not a hotel, just providing a bed room only. The air conditioning is not cool enough, maybe that’s only a Fan. The room only provides very basic equipment such as towels, hair dryer, and bed ONLY. Also even I set the room do not disturb, the staff still get into the room without noticing me.”

“We stayed at this hotel during our family trip and had a pleasant experience overall. The reception staff were friendly, helpful, and willing to answer all of our questions. This made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. There is also a water station on the ground floor where guests can refill their bottles at any time, which was very convenient. Our daughter was delighted to find free sweets available for children. The family room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. One of the……
