"Hotel location is great, walking distance to major tourist attractions in Hanoi. But what made us Hanoi stay most comfortable and fun were hotel staff especially front staff Anna was so helpful and friendly. It was our first time in Hanoi but she showed us the point of interests on the map and how to get there. BF buffet was great and all other staff were also helpful and tour arrangement were great too. They made us love Hanoi and want to comeback here and of course stay in Lotus Boutique Hotel. Thank you so much for great hospitality."

Ils nous ont aidé dans nos réservations de taxis et déplacements. Chambre 601 avec balcon au calme, petit déjeuner buffet à volonté. Je recommande vivement cet endroit, compte tenu du grand nombre d hôtels dans le quartier historique."
