Our suite was spotless, beautifully designed and decorated. The bed was very comfortable as well as the sofa. The flowers and tropical trees were so pretty, and the restaurant attached, Teya, had delicious food and friendly staff. I cannot recommend this hotel more. Lots of food and shopping in walking distance. This hotel is beautiful inside and out!

Solo ojo con el estacionamiento, se tiene que reservar antes de llegar ya que es limitado. Si traes mucho equipaje lo tienes que trasladar desde donde encuentres estacionamiento.

Stayed here on honeymoon. Rented a car and explored the Yucatan using the Hacienda as a base. Wonderful property, the casitas maya are excellent, and the food at the restaurant (especially breakfast) is the best of what the region has to offer. The staff are discrete, almost entirely out of site but quickly in the room to clean up once you leave for dinner, etc. Great place.

We loved Merida and Luz en Yucantan hotel. Our party of four utilized three different rooms over four nights. The room La Puesta del Sol room was noisy at night due to music from the park a block away even on week nights. Both La Perla and La Sombra rooms faced the pool and were quiet at night. Was excellent in all . Atmosphere,attention , closed to the Merida center . Only problem there no restaurant to eat . Just for breakfast that is amazing also .

Most of the staff were bilingual so it was very easy to communicate. And when they couldnt, they found staff that could understand english.

We had to leave our Airbnb early due to excessive noise and ended up here. This place is sooo quiet. The room: layout was spacious and well thought out with a comfy bed. There were some complaints in the reviews of the shower not getting hot. We initially thought we had that problem too but after at least 2 minutes of letting the water run it turned hot. My suggestion, leave the handle right in the middle of hot and cold and let it run. That may help. The rooftop swimming pool/Fitness...

Hacienda Santa Rosa will forever live in my memory as one of the most magical places I've stayed. Despite being managed by a hotel chain, it hasn't lost its patina and authenticity. We were in Merida for eight days and we LOVED this hotel! It was small, well-kept and very clean. The staff was extremely helpful. The location was perfect about 6 blocks north of the Plaza. Down the street from the hotel was the Negrita Cantina; a must-visit place. We'll definitely be staying at Koox Casa de las Palomas again on our next visit!
