“Staff was very friendly, room clean and breakfast was great.”

“The hotel was what you would expect in that price range for an older hotel. Rundown, dirty, grout, dumpy lobby actually rat traps outside the building, sticky floors. But the continental breakfast was good and the TV was also very good.”

“stayed two nights here. cranky beds. thin wall and room smells mold。 most importantly, i left my bag there when i checked out. called them several times ,they say will check and call me back, never did. when i ask again, they said the room was clean and didnt seem to care that i lost ma IDs and car keys. so rude!!!!!”

“I pulled up to the facility and it was a horrible sight. Run down, dark and tattered, horrible. Office was closed after I had recently confirmed our check in arrival. Then a scary man came next to my car on his bike and stared at my kids and I until we pulled off and went to find immediate alternatives for our trip. ”

“Door didn't latch to our room unless you slammed it shut. Felt like you were going to rip the plumbing out of the shower when trying to turn on the shower. Had to ask the front desk how to turn on the shower. Water didn't get very hot for the shower. ”

“Accommodations were as stated and breakfast was great! Nice place to stay close to Mammoth Cave NP. Quiet!”

“Very clean little motel. The only thing missing was an ice machine. The remote to TV didn’t work. Other than that it is well worth the price. Would definitely stay again if ever in that area. ”

“The price did NOT match the quality of the hotel. We changed rooms 3 times because of dirty sheets and old liquor bottles left in the room. The lobby floors were slick with water and filthy. I tried to call multiple times throughout the day of our check in to reserve a crib for our little one and could not get through to the front desk. They didn’t have any by the time we got there… When we arrived we learned there were no extra pillows and they weren’t receiving a shipment for 2 weeks. Also,……

“If you move in and find a lot of bugs, I have a good method to get rid of them without having to do it by hand. You can catch the bugs in the trash can and flush them down the toilet. But it's difficult to flush the bug corpses out of the room's toilet.”

“We had an unwanted room mate first night we were there but what can you expect,your in the middle of national park. The next morning they set a little live trap and relocated him for us. The breakfast was a buffet style and for me it was very expensive because I’m not a big breakfast eater. I ended up paying like 15.00 for one biscuit, a little gravy and a piece of bacon with water to drink. That being said we had a wonderful time. Beautiful area, peaceful and quiet. Very relaxing. Husband not……

“Breakfast was fulfilling and had variety. Staff recommended restaurant around the area that we went to his favorite restaurant. He printed out the names and addresses of the restaurant also. None of the other hotels my party stayed at with this vacation trip did that.”
