"The pool was ok rooms terrible outdated not clean no towels or washcloths available linen on bed old and dingy customers service terrible I was so disappointed I left a day early "

"I travel with two kid. There is Target and Walgreens near by About 5 walk and some restaurants around too. I drive to theme park 14 -17 minutes if no traffic. Hopefully help for your trip plan. "

"I had the most wonderful stay at Home2 Suites by Hilton and can't thank the manager enough for his hospitality. Some things didn’t go right as expected the first day but the manager was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even taking care of some last-minute arrangements for our stay. The staff were nice and some were more attentive than others creating a warm and friendly atmosphere. The room was perfectly clean and comfortable, my kids enjoyed the pool with the slide a lot, the breakfast had variety of selections and the location was very close to Disney. This hotel even offers a shuttle to Disney. You have to make a reservation for the shuttle through the app in advance which I didn’t know, therefore they didn’t let me book it the first day due to seat availability. But the next day I was able to reserve the seat to Disney. I would highly recommend this hotel for the incredible service and will definitely be back. "

"Villa was amazing and spacious. Fabulous view from patio. Close walk to many pools and activities for kids. Safe and clean environment."

"Clean and friendly! Loved the grounds. Could certainly use a better restaurant Be careful of the offering of a ‘free gift’. It is free, however dependent on attending a vacation club theme. We had a very kind woman however it was a lot more than the 1 hour n when we got to the end ‘interview’ with a verrrry rude man and voiced we’d been there a long time he stood up and walked away n then looked at us and said there’s the exit!! lol. Didn’t even look at us. Really soured our stay to be treated in this way. We’ve stayed at marriotts around the world and NEVER been treated in this manner. I’m most certain this is not how Marriott would like to be represented ……so disappointed "
