“I very much enjoyed my visit and time at the Glenstone place property. You can tell that it’s a Older building but as soon as you walk in the office to check in, there’s an unbelievably warmth about people that are running it and I can’t tell that they work overtime to continued to battle the property. I am a minimalist so I found it wonderful that it had exactly what you need. It was clean nothing more nothing less and if I needed anything, I would’ve felt I had to do was ask, and if it was……

“Breakfast wasnt great. Eggs and sausage could be better. Other stuff was satisfactory”

“Even though it's a pet friendly hotel, it was so very clean! We couldn't tell they were pets there at all. And they didn't use lots of heavy scents to cover up pet smells, they obviously just cleaned very well. So so thankful!”

“Clean room, great breakfast, and helpful staff. The rooms weren’t real quiet though. Lots of hall and street noise!”

“The room was a nicely decorated and clean. Much bigger than a hotel. You have a small living,dinning and bar. I didn’t really feel safe leaving our car outside the building seeing homeless around . It was self park so you had to find parking on the street . And the train going off every night several times a night. Because of the parking and the train in the back of the building I would not stay here again.”

“Excellent hotel. It was very clean and the staff is very helpful and super extra friendly.”

“Our room had a bad odor when we got there. The side door was broken with no lock for security. My hair dryer would over heat after only a few seconds. The pool water seemed unkept. Overall the rest of the hotel seems decently clean and a nice breakfast provided. Not sure it was worth the high cost though.”

“The desk clerk had not received notification of our booking. He was hard to hear, due to the Covid-era glass between us, his gravelly voice, and the fact that the TV volume was too loud in the lobby. The deadbolt on our room door had not been retracted, so the door wasn't really closed when we got there. The room itself was just passable. Breakfast was virtually non-existent: a pot of coffee and a few packets of instant oatmeal. Would not recommend.”
