“The staff were rude and not helpful at all. Our kids were not allowed to use the pool, and we later heard from a staff member that the pool does not even belong to the hotel. This was very disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel.”

“Well laid out hotel. Found there were restrictions on what food/drink was available where. Not a major thing but frustrating. En-suite bathroom layout was a little strange - location of sink, location of hand soaps, weirdly high towel rack, strange blinds not a wall so everything going in the bathroom could be heard in the bedroom. Poor soundproofing / terrace door which meant the overly loud evening v entertainment was very loud in our room.”

“Amazing stay. The property is even nicer than the photos, extremely clean and stunning. Location is inside the medina but on the edge so it is quieter. Staff were the highlight - so helpful, friendly and welcoming. An absolute gem and we would definitely come back. ”
