"The location, near to the Rua Flores, the Bolhão market; and the Catalina shopping street was not to be beat. The room was a little small, but adequate, and the bathroom facilities all functioned perfectly. The breakfast was fine. We were only there for two nights, so we didn't have much time to test everything. We have been to Porto two times before. The location and upkeep of this hotel is good enough to make us say, for the first time, we will be back! "

"You will have to drag your luggage to the front entrance of the hotel. Only taxis are allowed to go to the door and if costs more. Uber is not allowed there. I had asked for a replenishment of face towels but none came for 4 days! My tv did not work and it was clear that they replaced the whole thing because the furniture was moved around when I got back. And the person left the master key card in the slot. When I brought it back to the front desk, the person didn't seem to realize that I could...

"Very nice hotel. Large room even by American standards. View was amazing. Service was exceptional. We didn’t try the breakfast. Just fyi, the hotel sits on the river, so the bottom of the large hill the rest of the city is on. So walking will take a while uphill and because it’s a one lane road you have to be quick with Ubers and taxis. But getting a taxi was very easy they pass by often. You really can’t beat the view here it was phenomenal. "
