LOL But the room was super clean and comfortable otherwise. Not sure what this VIP access is referring to??? Maybe the $15 off meals at the hotel restaurant? Otherwise, I don't think I knew about the VIP access."

"This hotel was extremely quiet except for on Saturday night, but that was not the establishments fault as it was outside my window. Clean and within walking distance to pretty much anything you wanted to do. I was however disappointed with the check out. I was waiting with 3 other customers for over 30 minutes for a staff member to appear and assist us."

"The staff is friendly and accepting. The hotel is within 1.5 miles of many useful things, including restaurants, bars, delivered food, shopping, arts and culture, sports arenas, parking, Mayo, thr convention center. Plus Lyft/Uber/cabs/limos are readily available. The only negative was that the elevators need to be upgraded, they aren't sufficient to service surges."
