Very comfortable and convenient for downtown attractions. Close to Rue St Catherine with its many restaurants. The staff are very helpful and friendly and the facilities are great.
Great location, nice view overlooking the city. Room spacious and nicely decorated. didn't get to use the pool or gym but we very much enjoyed our stay.
There is a 15 minutes walk to the Notre Dame Cathedral and Old Montreal. It sounds a little to far when you don not like to walk that much but, 380 Sherbrooke St. West, where the hotel is located, is a nice Ave and closer to museums and also other nice places in Downtown Montreal. If you are going ...
Loved my stay. I got upgraded to the admiral sweets. I believe it was because they over booked the standard rooms. I haven't seen the standard rooms but the sweet was gorgeous. It was spotless and well maintained. I would recommend staying here.
Great location. Comfortable beds. Rooms are a nice size. I would have rated five stars across but this hotel charges for everything. Even bottled water. No breakfast included either.
The Hyatt's location is a perfect base to explore Montreal. The staff is outstanding in assisting physically challenged guest. They can provide excellent recommendation on how to enjoy Montreal to the fullest.
Nice location. Clean and cozy. The restaurant attached was very good. Very close to McGill Univeristy and Park of Mont Royal. Continental breakfast was minimal. I recommend that they will add one egg product (boiled egg or scrambled egg or something). No protein in the breakfast.
Friendly staff, nice people. Friendly staff, nice people. Friendly staff, nice people. Friendly staff, nice people. Friendly staff, nice people. Friendly staff, nice people.

I made 6 attempts to contact the company with various out comes (i.e. Voice messages but eventually reaching someone). At the end of our stay we were ...
I enjoyed my stay in September for 4 days . Shetbrooke St location close to arts museum, shopping and dining all within walking distance. I was travelling alone and my room was very small but comfortable and adequate. It needed a little touching up on the paint here and there Good value with breakfast ...
