“Bright, comfortable, clean and well-appointed apartment with a great view of the city. Metro, bus lines and markets were an easy walk. Outdoor temperatures were below freezing, but inside was cozy with ample hot water and thermostat options. Excellent communication with the host. The optional parking space was a bonus. Would stay again!”

“This accommodation is one of the best VRBO experiences we've had. Recommended improvements: Add hand rail along the stairs to the basement bedroom. Switch out the old fashioned key lock entrance to main front door. Provide more detailed recommendation for secure parking options in the neighborhood. ”

“A couple girlfriends and I last minute decided to drive up to MTL from Boston for the new year. David’s place was available and absolutely perfect for what we were looking for. Bedrooms were spacious, bathroom was clean, living area was big and comfortable with the open kitchen and the back porch was a huge hit even in the winter. We were walking distance from everything we wanted to see and just steps away from the hustle and bustle of St. Catherine’s. David was super responsive and helpful……

“The property is in the heart of downtown Montreal, close to major tourist attractions, and the metro/subway is just a few blocks away. The apartment could use some TLC — the bathrooms weren’t very clean, the washing machine door was broken, and the kitchen water pressure was very low. The parking spot is also quite small, so it won’t work for larger vehicles. On the plus side, the owner was super friendly and accommodating.”
